EMTjove

Rechargeable personal card: 3 euros.
Duplicate: 5 euros.
Monthly pass for under 30 years old.

Temporary title, with no travel limit on the EMT Valencia network, within 30 days from the validation date. Current Regulations. (Regulation 2024 EMT Jove).

Use on the bus: Teach and validate.
Personal and non-transferable.
Monthly subscription price: 25 euros (From 01/01 to 12/31: €12.5 – Discount financed by the Valencia City Council and the Ministry of Transport).
Valid: The entire EMT network.
Application: At any of our Customer Service Offices.
Necessary documents:

• You must bring an original and a photocopy of a valid ID. If you are under 14 years of age, also DNI of the father, mother or guardian.
• The title request will always be made by the title holder; If the applicant is a minor, the owner must be accompanied by his or her guardian or legal representative.

Application Form: To be filled out at the EMT Customer Service Office or at download from HERE (you must present two copies of the completed document).
During the trip: You must carry your ID for possible online checks.
Recharge: On-line at www.emtvalencia.es/wp, at app EMTValencia and in our EMT Customer Service Offices.

EMT Bonobus Personalitzat

Rechargeable personal card: 3 euros.
Personalized card, which allows any member of a large or single-parent family registered in the city of Valencia, at least 6 months prior to the application, to enjoy a bus voucher at a cheaper price. Current Regulations (Regulation 2024 EMT Bonobus Personatlizat).
Duplicate: 5 euros.
Use on the bus: Teach and validate.
Personal and non-transferable.
Price:

• General Category 20% discount on the RRP of the Bonobús (10 trips).
  (From from 01/01 to 12/31: €3.40 – Discount financed by the Valencia City Council and the Ministry of Transport).
• Special Category 50% discount on the RRP of the Bonobús (10 trips).
  (From from 01/01 to 12/31: €2.15 – Discount financed by the Valencia City Council and the Ministry of Transport).

Valid: The entire EMT network.
Application: In our Customer Service Offices.
Necessary documents:

• You must bring the original and photocopy of the requested documents:
  1. Valid ID. If you are under 14 years of age, also DNI of the father, mother or guardian.
  2. Large Family or Single Parent Card in force and issued by the Generalitat Valenciana.
• The title request will always be made by the title holder; In the event that the applicant is a minor, the holder must come accompanied by his/her guardian or legal representative (authorization for third parties is accepted, in writing and signed by the father/mother/guardian, with a copy of the DNI of both the authorizing person as well as the authorized person).
• Annual Review. For renewal you must bring, in addition to the documentation indicated above, your EMT Bonobus Personalitzat card.

During the trip: You must carry your ID for possible online checks.
Recharge: On-line at www.emtvalencia.es/wp, in app EMTValencia and at any of the EMT Customer Service Offices.

EMT ambTU

Rechargeable personal card: 3 euros.
Duplicate: 5 euros.

Annual subscription for people and their families (spouse and children under 16 years of age), with low income and registered in Valencia for at least 6 months prior to the application.

Temporary title, with a limit of 60 trips in the calendar month, in the EMT Valencia network, within the current calendar year (as long as you continue to meet the requirements). Current Regulations. (Regulation 2024 EMT ambTu).

For income, the basis of the calculation is the family income, if applicable, the income of both spouses. It is calculated on the IPREM data, which is expanded in the case of families.

1 person (main breadwinner): 8.400 euros (IPREMx1).
Spouse (IPREMx0.5).
For each child under 16 years of age (IPREMx0.3).

Use on the bus: Teach and validate.
Personal and non-transferable.
Annual subscription price: 10 euros.
Valid: The entire EMT network.
Application: In the Municipal District Boards.
Previous Appointment: Make an appointment at any District Meeting.
Duplicate: office located at C/ Mendoza nº 5.
Necessary documents:

• Duly completed application form. To be filled out at the Municipal Meetings.
• NIF, NIE or Passaporte (Original and photocopy of the front and back).
• Income Certificate issued by the Tax Agency (Original). In the case of having a spouse and/or children, you will have to present the certificate of both spouses and provide the Family Book.

– The title request will always be made by the title holder; If the applicant is a minor, the holder must come accompanied by his or her guardian or legal representative.

– Periodic review by the Valencia City Council to verify compliance with requirements. The loss of the right does not imply a refund of amounts paid. If the right is recovered again in the current calendar year, the amount of the title will not be paid again.

During the trip: You must carry your ID for possible online checks.
Card Activation and Recharge: In tobacconists, kiosks and Customer Service Office.

EMT Infantil

Subscription for children under 14 years of age, registered (at least 6 months prior to the application) in the municipality of València.

Temporary title, with no travel limit on the EMT Valencia network, within its validity period (and as long as you continue to meet the requirements). Current Regulations. (Regulation 2024 Children’s EMT).

Price of the rechargeable personal card: 5 euros.
Duplicate: 5 euros.
Price of the subscription: Free.
Use on the bus: Teach and validate.

In the event of possible revisions, the minor must travel with a DNI/NIE or passport (or photocopy) proving his or her ownership.

We recommend that the minor be accompanied by an adult.

This title does not give the right to free companionship for minors under 6 years of age.

Request, activation, recharge, renewal and duplicates: At the EMT Customer Service Offices, paying the cost of 5 euros for the card.
Necessary documents:

• Duely completed application form (download here and at the Offices of EMT Care).
• NIF, NIE or Passport of the applicant –father, mother or legal guardian- and of the beneficiary –the minor- (Original and photocopy of the front and back).
• Photo ID of the beneficiary.
• Family Book where the minor is included or document accrediting guardianship if applicable (Original and photocopy).
• The request/renewal must be made by the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor. (Authorization to third parties is accepted, in writing and signed by the father/mother/guardian, with a copy of the DNI of both the authorizing person and the authorized person).

Validity: Validity of two years from its obtaining or renewal (or less, if the holder turns 14 years old in this period of time from its obtaining or renewal).
Renewal: Biennial. Before the expiration date of the title (2 years from obtaining it), you will have to process a new card (cost €5), providing at any of our 3 Customer Service offices: a photo of a recent license, the original ID of the beneficiary and the father/mother or legal guardian and the family book or birth certificate. Also, remember that you will need to bring the card that is about to expire.

Periodic review by EMT to verify compliance with requirements. The loss of the right does not imply a refund of amounts paid.

EMT Mascota

Publisher for pets weighing less than 15 kg and traveling in a carrier smaller than 45*35*25 cm.

Temporary title, with no travel limit on the EMT Valencia network, within its validity period (and always meets the requirements). Current Regulations. (2024 EMT Pet Regulations).

Price of the personalized rechargeable card: 5 euros.
Duplicate: 5 euros.
Price of the subscription: Free.
Use on the bus: Teach and validate.

The carrier must be placed securely between the feet of its carrier or on their lap, it can never occupy a seat.

The right of people always prevails over animals, therefore, they should not pose a nuisance or danger to other travelers.

This title does not give the right to free companionship for minors under 6 years of age.

Personal and non-transferable.
Valid: The entire EMT network.
Application, activation, recharge, renewal and duplicates: At the EMT Citizen Service Offices, paying the cost of 5 euros for the card.
Necessary documents:

• Duely completed application form (download here and at the Offices of EMT Care).
• Original and photocopy of the NIF, NIE or passport (front and back legible) of the owner.
• Original and photocopy of the updated vaccination record (front and back legible) of the pet. (booklet less than a year old).
• Photo pet license.

The request/renewal must be made by the person who owns the pet (authorization to third parties is accepted, in writing and signed by the owner, with a copy of the DNI of both the person authorizing and the the authorized person).

Validity: Validity of two years from its obtaining or renewal.
Renewal: Biennial. Before the expiration date of the title (2 years from when it was obtained), you will have to process a new card (cost €5), bringing the originals of the card to any of our Citizen Service Offices. documentation required to obtain the title. Also, remember that you will need to bring the card that is about to expire.

Periodic review by EMT to verify compliance with requirements. The loss of the right does not imply a refund of amounts paid.

Guide dogs and therapeutic animals have their own regulations not contemplated in this title EMTMascota and are maintained.

EMT Refugi

Rechargeable personal card: 3 euros.
Duplicate: 5 euros.

Annual pass for refugees residing in Valencia.

Temporary title, with a limit of 60 trips in the calendar month, in the EMT Valencia network, with a duration of 12 months from registration. Current regulations.

Use on the bus: Teach and validate.
Personal and non-transferable.
Annual subscription price: Free.
Valid: The entire EMT network.
