We will attend to the requests for information, suggestions, complaints or claims that you want us to carry out. In the event of an accident or breakdown of the bus that makes the service impossible for the travellers, EMT will provide a replacement as quickly as possible so that it can continue the service with normality. Alternatively we will facilitate the continuity of the journey on other buses of the same line or another coincident one without any cost. In the case that the continuity of the journey is impossible you will be able to obtain at the Customer Service Office by way of compensation a one way ticket upon presentation of the non temporary pass corresponding to the interrupted journey. (ordinary ticket, "bonobús" or "Bono10").
In any case, you must respect the Drivers criteria. His/hers is a professional evaluation that seeks your safety and that of the rest of the travellers.
If you think you have forgotten an object in the interior of the bus, you can address our Customer Attention Office the day following the loss.
