If I lose an object on the bus where can I collect it?

At the Customer Services Office (Mendoza, 5 - Telf. 963158515) from 1 pm the next working day. If the item is there you can claim it by showing your identification. You have one week to collect your lost property or in the case of documentation, two weeks. After this period the items are sent to the local police.
