I have kept all the tickets I have used for an entire month. Where can I get a receipt?
The ticket is a valid certificate. You will only be given a receipt if you are registered in the IAE and you must go to the Central Office (tel 96 315 85 00) and ask for the Administration Area.
Can I get on the bus with a 20 euro note?
The driver only has 10 euros in change. He will take your money and give you a certificate so that you can go to the customer attention office the following day to pick up your change.
