Adapted Regular Service

As of October 1st, 2010, EMT has a total of 480 low floor buses, 425 of which feature a special system of kneeling and ramp to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility. Each of these buses, which are spread over all the lines of the EMT provides a platform with safety belts aside for 1 or 2 wheelchairs, which is located in the central part of the bus. The last 40 buses purchased in 2009 and 2010, have a dual ramp system (automatic and manual) to ensure the reliability of this accessory.

These buses are identified by a special logo, identical to that shown on this page.

On the website the following logo is included lines that satisfy the requirements of the European quality standard in terms of adaptability, specifically that 80% of the busses are adapted.
