EMT MOBILIS Card

When you buy a EMT MÓBILIS CARD you will be able to use all Valencia's public transport network.

There are a lot of advantages when you use a chipped MÓBILIS CARD.

HOW DO I USE MY EMT MÓBILIS CARD?

1. Top it up with 1, 2 or 3 Bonobus Plus tickets to begin travelling on our fleet.

2. When you get on the bus, show your MOBILIS card to the bus driver.

3. Validate your card and enjoy your journey. To validate your card, swipe it across the red circle on the machine located next to the driver.

4. When the number of bus journeys on your card runs out, don't throw it away! This card is re-usable and lasts for 5 years if you look after it well.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CARD?

Like any other credit card: don't bend it, cut it, soak it or scratch it

WHERE can I TOP-UP my EMT MOBILIS CARD with BONOBUSES tickets?

In Newsagents, Kiosks and all OPENCOR shops which are open 18 hours a day, 365 days a year.

WHAT happens if my MÓBILIS CARD DOESN'T WORK?

Our Cards have passed 4 levels of Quality Control before reaching you. However, should you have any problems with it, get in touch with our Customer Services Office, located at no. 5,  Plaza del Correo Viejo on weekdays from 09:00am to 7:30pm.

HOW do I check my journey BALANCE?

There are 7 different ways you can find out how many journeys are left on your EMT MOBILIS Card:

1. When you validate your journey on board the bus, keep the card held against the red circle for 1 second. Do not remove it until it has shown you a message on the screen telling you how many remain.

2. At any authorised point of sale: Newsagents, Kiosks, OPENCOR shops in Valencia.

3. At our Customer Services Office: no. 5, Plaza del Correo Viejo on weekdays from 09:00am to 7:30pm.

4. On the HOME page of our website. Check your balance

5. By sending a text to 7712 with the word "BALANCE (space) xxxx xxxxx xxxx" The x's correspond to the chip no. in the upper right hand corner of your Card. You do not have to leave a space in between the numbers. * standard operating charge apply.

6. By calling us on (0034) 963 15 85 15 on weekdays from 08:00am to 9:00pm and on Saturdays from 09:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

7. By connecting to: movil.emtvalencia.es if you have access to the internet via your Mobile or PDA.

If you register your EMT MOBILIS Card, this new, INTELLIGENT system will enable you to keep the journeys that you have paid for but not yet used in cases of loss or theft of the card.

In the not too distant future you will be able to top-up this card with other forms of transport from different operators within the Metropolitan Borough of Valencia.
