You can pick up maps and get the information you need about schedules, bus passes, lost items and forms for any questions, suggestions or complaints you wish to convey about our services or website.

SCHEDULE AUGUST: 10 to 14 hours from Monday to Friday.

We can provide information about travel, schedules, rates, bus pass terms and conditions, lost items and any other information about our services.

To make an official claim you must follow the Generalitat Valenciana's  Instructions for the completion of an Official Claim Sheet, available from our customer services office or in a Servicio Territorial de Consumo (Regional Service Office) .

However, the EMT treats all documents it receives in the same way, whether presented in person at the Customer Services  Office , sent by fax, by mail or by e-mail, and guarantees the privacy of the information it receives in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13th December for the Protection of Personal Data.
